FAM Design – Shipping Policy

At VFAM Design, every order is made to order — crafted with care after you place it.

Production Time Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. During high-demand periods or drops, production may take up to 14 business days. We'll keep you updated.

Shipping Time Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
• International: 10–21 business days (availability may vary)

Total Estimated Wait From order to delivery, expect approximately 2–3 weeks for domestic orders. We know the wait is real — trust that what's coming is worth it.

Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. Tracking info will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Rates Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, VFAM Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout and consider a secure delivery location.
